DecoPost™ profiles and extruded accessories are manufactured in 6.5 metre lengths. If ordering DecoWood finish, the usable length is 6.47m due to the ends being tapped.
DECO’s lightweight aluminium building products are designed for quick and easy installation to cut down lead times on projects. Easy installation means a reduction in time and labour costs. Colour-matched and plastic black end caps are available for both post sizes.
DecoPost™ is non-combustible and complies with Australian Standards AS 1530.1 and AS 1530.3.
DecoPost™ has a wall thickness of 3mm.
DecoPost™ uses a hard Super Durable powder coating that can withstand scratches and scuffs, ensuring the finish retains its appearance.
The aluminium profiles are dimensionally stable and will not swell or warp when exposed to moisture. Unlike timber, they will not deteriorate over time, even if exposed to harsh sun or salt spray.
DecoPost™ is finished with Super Durable powders that are marine grade and UV stable. The colour and timber grain will withstand sunlight if used in exterior applications. The powder coat finish is designed to last and no re-staining, repainting or sanding is required.
DecoPost’s DecoWood® finish is warranted for 12 years in accordance with AS 3715.
