All DecoDeck planks and cover strips are supplied in long, 6.5 metre lengths.

Profile Thickness

DecoDeck is available in two widths: 94mm and 134mm. DecoDeck is designed to have a fixed 6mm gap between the boards, making it easy to calculate the materials required.

DecoDeck Finishes & Colours

DecoDeck utilises DECO’s advanced sublimation photo imaging technology to offer a range of durable and natural timber-look finishes on our aluminium decks.

DecoWood is our Super Durable powder coat timber-look finish that is available in a range of 30 colours with colour matching also available to suit your project. The finish is marine grade, UV resistant and complies to Qualicoat and Australian Standard 3715.

Plain powder coat colours are also available.

Typical Installation Methods

DecoDeck has multiple uses and has been designed to allow for a range of installation techniques.

The DecoDeck system is designed for DIY installation, and is easy enough for beginners.

DecoDeck can be installed directly on to concrete, pavers or tiles using framing as close as 30mm to the ground.

Building Standards & Compliance

DecoDeck has been designed to meet Australia’s stringent building standards. The range has been tested to and passed the following standards:

AS1530.1 - Methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures - Combustibility test for materials. (CSIRO)

AS/NZS1530.3 - Methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures - Simultaneous determination of ignitability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke release. (CSIRO)

AS3837 - Method of test for heat and smoke release rates for materials and products using an oxygen consumption calorimeter. (CSIRO)

NCC 2015 - Volume 1 - Clause C.1.12 - Combustibility of Materials (No Amendment in NCC 2016). (CSIRO)

AS3715 - Performance testing for thermoset powder coatings applied to aluminium intended for exterior architectural applications. (CSIRO)

AS3959 – Methods for testing bushfire safety – (BAL) requirements of building in a bushfire prone area .
