The HomeBuilder grant is a time-limited grant for owner-occupiers to go toward the cost of building a new home or renovating their existing home, including demolishing the home and rebuilding it. With careful planning, thoughtful design, and a considered choice of builder, homeowners will be able to better use the $25k government grant and enjoy many years of effortless, beautiful living.
