For those of you who don’t already know, here at DECO we take pride in our DECO family. Every member of our team is highly valued, respected and loved like a brother, sister and friend. We are proud to say we are a close-knit team. We support each other through daily challenges and rejoice in each other’s successes.

However, the time has come (with a few tears in our eyes) for us to bid farewell to a much-loved member of our team. Our esteemed team leader Sean is leaving us for a change of scenery to beautiful Orange along with his wife Emma.

Sean has been with DECO for 3 1/2 years and in that time he has contributed immensely to our company's success through his hard work, dedication, innovation, and mentorship to our junior team members. He's never one to shy away from a challenge or to get dirty while carrying out repairs and maintenance, and he does it all with a smile on his face. 

Sean, we will miss you, but we wish yourself and your beautiful wife all the happiness and good fortune for the future!
