DECO has released a new batten accessory to their DecoBatten® QuickClick® 50mm Series – the ‘Coupler’. 

Essentially a double-sided batten base, the new ‘Coupler’ adds even more flexibility to the two-piece aluminium batten product range, providing greater design solutions and additional installation options.

The new DecoBatten® ‘Coupler’ provides the option to create custom batten widths and shapes by combining any two QuickClick® 50mm Series aluminium batten covers. Join two 50x250mm battens to create an extra-wide 50x500mm batten, or two 50x80mm Radius battens for a 160mm width batten with beautifully curved ends. Or mix and match different batten sizes and shapes for a completely personalised batten design.

When it comes to installation, the ‘Coupler’ offers options to create seamless batten installs. Depending on the application, fixtures can be placed internally top and bottom to secure battens effortlessly with no visible fixings – something simply not possible with solid timber battens. The batten covers simply click onto each side of the ‘Coupler’ to complete the look.

The ’Coupler’ adds additional versatility and variety to the DecoBatten® QuickClick® 50mm Series, making it a great option for any space that suits a bold batten aesthetic across both residential and commercial projects.
