We are excited to share that our Minto, NSW headquarters is currently undergoing a huge redevelopment to create a new state-of-the-art showroom experience for our customers.

Our new architecturally designed ‘DECO Innovation Centre’ is expected to open later this year and will showcase our extensive range of architectural building products and quality finishes. Visitors will be able to get up close, touch and feel each product, and make informed decisions, alongside our dedicated team, about which product or finish will work best for their project. 

The design has been created by renowned Australian architecture firm and long-time DECO partners, ClarkeHopkinsClarke, and they have done an incredible job turning our existing industrial warehouse into an inspiring and interactive space that highlights the flexibility of our products in real life applications. 

“For this project, we worked with the DECO team to shape a bright and flexible environment that would allow their client base to interact with and understand the properties of their products. In particular we wanted to display products in natural light, exhibiting how they behave throughout the day and in different seasons. We also wanted to create a sensory experience, positioning products where people could get up close and even touch,” said ClarkHopkinsClarke partner and architect Jordan Curran.

The Innovation Centre will feature the full range of architectural building products including our unique aluminium DecoClad, DecoBatten and DecoDeck systems, as well as several soon-to-be-released product lines (stay tuned!). Also on display will be our full range of powder coat finishes including our premium timber-look DecoWood, and an operational kitchen will feature DecoSplash, our one-of-a-kind splashback product. 

The new centre will be a great representation of the company’s core values: quality and innovation. “The DECO Innovation Centre will encourage our team to turn great ideas and concepts into products and processes. It will be an educational facility for our partners and suppliers, and it will be an inspirational space for our customers to come visit” said DECO founder, Ross Doonan. 

The external building will reflect DECO’s position as architectural product leaders with a large architectural canopy, floor-to-ceiling DecoWood windows and louvres, and unique sculptural DECO elements to welcome visitors as they enter the centre. Inside, customers will find an exciting space where the DECO team will be on hand to bring their design ideas to life. 

The DECO Innovation centre is expected to open later this year.
