DNA of Design – House 2

In the recent DNA of Design series by The Block favourites, Andy and Deb, viewers were treated to the ultimate transformation on House 2. Once a mismatched, outdated home in the picturesque Gold Coast Hinterland, it is now the epitome of coastal country living.
DecoDeck® was selected as the final solution thanks to the resilient marine-grade DecoWood® finish - which effortlessly endures the relentless assault of salt air and intense sunlight, which go hand-in-hand with a coastal lifestyle.

Design Duo – Twin Off

Garage Door: DecoBatten® 50 x 25mm NEW PROFILE finished in DecoWood® Curly Birch
Fencing: DecoBatten® 40 x 40mm two-piece batten
Finish: DecoWood® Curly Birch (front fence), DecoWood® Antique White (Alysa) and DecoCoat® Matt Black (Lysandra)

In their latest Design Duo series, interior designers Alisa and Lysandra wanted to compliment the rendered and limestone façade of their brand-new homes with a beautiful timber aesthetic – but it HAD to be low maintenance.

DECO's QuickClick™ DecoBatten® 50x25mm two-piece batten was selected to clad the two garage doors. Lightweight and easy to install, the aluminium battens were a simple decision to achieve the look they wanted.  Finished in Super Durable™ DecoWood® Curly Birch to provide the natural look and beauty of real timber, the pair were delighted with the result.

The DecoBatten® 40x40mm batten in DecoWood® Curly Birch was also used for the front fences and works seamlessly with the garage doors and overall design, whilst the same profile was used around the pool and alfresco areas in DecoWood Antique White and DecoCoat Matt Black.

Aurelien Berson Construction – City Sanctury

Product: Single and two-piece QuickClick™ DecoBattens

Aurelien Berson Construction has once again redefined the boundaries of design with this stunning DecoBatten® façade in Camp Hill, Queensland.

At the core of this façade lies the seamless integration of the single and two-piece QuickClick™ DecoBatten® 25mm Designer Series, adorned with the award-winning DecoWood® Curly Birch finish.

Kilcare House – DecoWood Windows

Finish: DecoWood® Curly Birch

DecoWood® finished windows and doors were the obvious solution for this reno couple. Located just metres away from the ocean and in the thick of the central coast bushland, the UV-resistant and marine grade finish was simply a no brainer – some would even say a ‘marriage saver!’.

Klemm Homes

DecoClad® was chosen to create a stunning vertically installed Narrowline cladding which expands across the garage and onto the façade, creating a modern and sophisticated exterior. DecoWood® Casuarina was the perfect finish choice in allowing for a low maintenance and durable finish to withstand harsh UV exposure.
