Product: Curved Aluminium flat sheets
Colour: DecoWood Natural Curly Birch
Showcasing one of the many ways this product can be used, Bing Lee HQ in Sydney is a great example of how you can achieve a curved timber-look façade with
DecoPanel. A three-fold curved timber ceiling was specified by the architects but achieving this design with real timber would have been challenging.
DecoPanel finished in the Super Durable ™
DecoWood provided the soft timber appearance they envisaged whilst delivering the benefits of using an aluminium product. Being light and flexible, the aluminium panels provided an easy installation process for the builder.
DECO worked closely with the architect to develop the custom-made "Curly Birch" finish. The results were so impressive that the colour has since been added to the DecoWood Contemporary Species range. As well as being naturally beautiful, the DecoWood finish is essentially maintenance-free and has UV and graffiti resistant powder coating finish.
The finish was also applied to the light fittings at the front, as well as screens and seating for the Chairman's terrace.
