Lindon Homes' latest build, "The Bonaventure", on Queensland's Raby Bay, flaunts a show-stopping custom home showcasing a mixture of DecoWood aluminium architectural products.

The architecturally designed expansive two-level home features a spectacular mix of DECO's aluminium building systems - all finished in DECO's award-winning timber-look powder coating, DecoWood®, to create an impressive contemporary home enhanced with woodgrain features.

Among the home's signature features is the stunning horizontal Narrowline cladding which expands across the entire triple garage, creating a modern and sophisticated appearance from the street. DecoClad® was also used around the top section on the home, wrapping around to the back giving this home design some bold street appeal.

Facing the canal, a series of louvres are incorporated into the elevation and finished in the same DecoWood® colour to ensure they are resistant to the harsh elements. Beside the glistening pool, a low maintenance timber-look aluminium deck replicates the form, feel and appearance of natural timber decking. DecoDeck® offered an easy decking solution that is chlorine resistant and safe for use around pools and spas with a P4 slip rating. DecoDeck® also has excellent thermal conductivity and dissipates heat from the sun, reducing hot spots that make walking on a traditional timber deck uncomfortable on a hot day.
