Designed by Zephyr & Stone, this 2-Ways project offers everything you would expect to see from a luxury coastal home.
The clean lines of the timber-look aluminium battens used on the façade create an architectural design statement that heightens the homes 'WOW' factor. Finished in natural Curly Birch from the
Australian Contemporary range by DecoWood, these battens not only add texture but provide a light and airy finishing touch to the facade.
116 DecoBattens were used to create a design statement and screening device over the front windows of the two duplex homes. The battens were also used to create a screen for their services, a side gate and as a decorative feature on the front garden wall.

Located in a coastal environment, marine grade and high-quality materials were a 'must have' for designers Ania and Kasia from Zephyr & Stone. Located just 500 metres from the ocean, their 'Coastal 2-Ways' façade had to incorporate highly durable products that complemented its timeless coastal design.
DecoWood's marine grade and UV resistant powder coating make it an ideal finishing for external façade applications in coastal locations, and the low-maintenance nature of the product will ensure these homes remain a relaxed, holiday-like retreat for many years to come.
