HAAUS Design proudly presents their latest gem, HAAUS.5 – also known as Alleria’s Dream Home. Nestled in the serene coastal NSW town of Shell Cove, this architectural masterpiece flawlessly merges a modern Australian take on Palm Springs with ingenious solutions tailored for durability and effortless living.

Among the property’s many highlights lie the meticulous integration of premium materials such as DecoClad® and DecoBatten®, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the space.

Stealing the limelight on the second level, DecoClad® Shadowline finished in simple, yet stunning DecoCoat® Flat White colour, stands tall offering a robust and visually captivating cladding solution. What's more, DecoClad® comes pre-finished, sparing the hassle of painting, sanding, or staining—a feature bound to excite any homeowner.

As Alleria recounts, "We stumbled upon DecoClad® during our visit to the DECO Innovation Centre while selecting the colour for our battens. It was a game-changer for us. Now that we've experienced it, we wouldn't settle for anything else."



Adding to the allure of HAAUS.5 is DecoBatten®, finished in DecoWood® Curly Birch, seamlessly blending with the home's contemporary design. From the garage door and entryway, featuring the two-piece 50x25mm battens, to the second-level screening of the master suite and front fencing, utilising 50x100 mm 2-piece battens, DecoBatten® effortlessly infuses texture and depth into the space. On top of the design feature the batten bring to home’s facade, the UV-resistant and marine grade DecoWood® finish and minimal maintenance, was a win-win for Alleria.
