Leading manufacturer and supplier of safety barrier systems Ingal Civil Products are known throughout Australia and globally as specialists in engineered steel products and galvanising services. Their 'Flexfence TL Wire Rope Safety Barriers', which can be found on highways, freeways and toll roads all throughout Australia, need to meet very high standards to be government approved. They also need to be durable enough to withstand constant exposure to harsh Australian weather conditions. The Flexfence steel posts, which support the wire rope forming the barrier, needed to be hot dip galvanised then powder coated to high quality specifications.

After Ingal hot dip galvanises the posts, DECO's Industrial team are responsible for coating them. The posts are put through a pre-treatment, drying and degassing process first to prevent pinholing or fish eyes occurring when the powder coating is cured. They are then coated in either Pearl White or Deep Brunswick Green, in accordance with Ingal's specifications.
