This exquisite property stands as a testament to architectural brilliance, skilfully blending the concrete structure with contemporary features of DecoBatten® and DecoDeck®.

The design offers a unique synergy between the materials used, with the DecoCoat® Black Satin 50x50mm DecoBatten® QuickClick™ battens creating an elegant and seamless eye-catching statement across the front façade and garage door.

Through the interior, battens in DecoWood® Curly Birch™ has been installed across the ceilings to accentuate spaces with the long lines and create visual interest.

DecoDeck® was used in the entry way and around the outdoor pool area, creating a beautiful natural contrast and warmth against the shades and materials used throughout the rest of the home. Ideal for pools and spas, DecoDeck provided not only the beautiful timber finish but also the durable and strong system to prevent against twisting, warping and termites.

The designers have thoroughly embraced the use of aluminium and DECO's Super Durable™ marine-grade and UV-resistant finishes on this project, showcasing the results of architectural excellence when imagination and superior materials converge.
