Designed by bespoke coastal home designer Bianca Gemmill from BCG Building Design and completed by Fulton Projects, this exquisite property was completely reimagined from its original 1980s Gold Coast brick bungalow.

Exuding an Aussie Coastal meets Palm Springs palette with an all-white exterior and a feature garage, the property's front façade was completely redesigned. Front and centre, the garage's eye-catching quality is thanks to the timber-look aluminium DecoBatten used to the clad the garage door as well as the unique cacti planter box sitting along the top to frame the door.

For the DecoBatten finish, Gemmill opted for the DecoWood® Natural Curly Birch™, a popular finish for this modern colour palette and to bring the coastal chic to the design. Perfect for the coastal location, DecoWood finishes are all low-maintenance, UV-resistant and marine grade, ensuring the durability and longevity of the DecoBattens.

The overall result offers a harmonious and beautiful design across the whole house façade that also offers an architectural statement.
