The iconic Australian womens fashion store Sportsgirl is renowned for its fun, lively and edgy design. When it came to renovating the Forrest Chase store in Perth, Western Australia, the retail store had to reflect the brand's passion for style with quality fit out products that could handle the harsh conditions of a high-traffic shopping centre.
Specialist retail shopfitters, Adform Group, used 150 x 50 and 200 x 50 battens by DecoBatten to create the window and door frames. The floor-to-ceiling timber-look aluminium window and doors created a contemporary design statement that illuminates Sportsgirl's cool, trendy vibe.
The window and door frames were finished in DecoWood's naturally light-coloured American Oak from DecoWood's
Exotic Timber Series, which perfectly reflects the brand's lively personality while providing a stylish exterior that complements its neighbouring stores.
DecoWood's Qualicoat Class 2 marine grade and UV resistant powder coating make it the ultimate finish for external applications in sunny regions such as Perth, and the low-maintenance nature of the product means it is ideal for high-traffic retail applications.
