Outstanding planning and beautiful design by Mosaic resulted in a remarkable Queensland apartment complex. Mosaic have embraced functional and quality products, by specifying luxury materials and finishes that are not often associated with this category of apartments.

As you approach the building, a stunning DecoBatten pergola replicating the form and appearance of natural timber perfectly frames the front entrance. While making your way into the complex, residents and guests are delighted by the captivating use of battens seamlessly flowing from the roof and down the wall. The wood-grain finish applied to the aluminium battens is a stand-out design feature that pairs beautifully with the neutral walls and materials. DecoClad V-Groove cladding was also selected for the alfresco ceiling of the penthouse apartment to add a little more luxury and differentiation.

The architectural products by DECO used in this project are finished in the natural 'Spotted Gum' colour from DecoWood's Australian Native range. DecoWood's marine grade and UV resistant powder coating make it an ideal finishing for external applications, and the low-maintenance nature of these products means it is perfect for multi-residential applications.
