Kookai

First impressions are everything. Facades can have significant impact on passers-by and visitors. We love this storefront design by AlexanderCavill Architects. The Gold Coast Kookai store features a contemporary beach design that perfectly captures the lifestyle of sunny Queensland.

The louvres featured on this store were specified in DecoWood®’s Natural Curly Birch finish to enhance the coastal vibe and the low-maintenance nature of the product made it ideal for this busy retail precinct.

Drift

Mosaic Constructions utilised DecoSlat’s 65x16 solid aluminium slats to build cabanas around the pool and BBQ areas. The slats were specified in DecoWood®’s marine grade powder coating ‘Weathered Timber’ finish due to its Super Durable™ qualities and low-maintenance nature, as well as providing the ‘weathered’ design aesthetic the designers required for the resort-style inspired facility.

No sanding, painting, staining or oiling is required for DECO’s range of architectural building systems and finishes. The low maintenance and graffiti resistant nature of our products are ideal for busy hospitality environments such as hotels.

Comuna Cantina

Long lasting aluminium is the material of choice in the building industry. Unlike timber, aluminium is not susceptible to rot, warping or termite attacks. When it comes to choosing a material for your windows and doors, timber-look aluminium offers a wide range of benefits. 

To achieve the desired woodgrain aesthetic, but without the associated issues of using real timber, the Retail Designers specified DecoWood® for the window and door frames of Comuna Cantina in Brisbane CBD. 

Any type of aluminium window or door is available in DecoWood woodgrain finishes including fly screens and security screens.

Oporto

Maintech Solutions in WA applied DecoClad Narrowline cladding in a unique cross-hatch pattern to portray Oporto’s fresh and vibrant brand personality. Being aluminium, DecoClad’s light-weight characteristics allowed the builder to install the product quick and easy without effecting business for too long.

Exterior cladding trends in commercial projects are strongly influenced by recent events and customer demands. After London’s Grenfell Tower fire and Melbourne’s Lacrosse tower, fire safety and certification are at the forefront of client concerns.

DecoClad aluminium cladding is the fire-safe, durable alternative to traditional cladding. It is made from 100 per cent aluminium and has been tested and certified to Australian Standards 1530.1 and 1530.3, and complies with the National Construction Code as a non-combustible material.

Shopping on Clyde

Located in a fast-developing area of Clyde, Victoria, this shopping centre features 50 x 50 mm battens uniquely installed in a cantilevered canopy to create a dramatic entrance.  Finished in DecoWood Casuarina, the grand canopy creates a welcoming and premium shopping experience for its customers.
