How is DecoSign made?
DecoSign is a solid aluminium flat sheet with a highly durable powder coating.

DecoSign is made using a process called photo imaging.
1. Aluminium is powder coated with a highly durable polyurethane finish.
2. The image, pattern or design is placed against the coated aluminium and oven-baked.
3. The image is sublimated into the powder coated layer and baked on for maximum durability.

What sizes does DecoSign come in?

DecoSign is available in a range of sizes with a maximum sheet size of 3600 x 1500 mm. For designs spanning larger than the maximum sheet size, DecoSign can be imaged across multiple panels.

What images/custom designs can be used on DecoSign?

DecoSign's sublimation technology can recreate just about any high-resolution image for your sign. It is ideal to supply images that are 10MB or more and 300dpi (pixels).

What finishes are available?

DecoSign is available in a number of different finishes to suit your requirements.

• Textured
• Satin
• Gloss
• Matte (low glare)
• Graffiti resistant

Does the finish scratch?

DecoSign utilises a Super Durable powder coating that is extremely difficult to scratch or scruff.

Does the finish fade?

All materials will change colour when exposed to UV light. DecoSign's durable DecoArt finish has been tested in extreme sunlight and is more durable than standard powder coating. However, DecoArt changes colour within the allowable limits set by the relevant International and Australian standards, and DecoSign warrants the finish accordingly.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can supply a 210 x 97 mm sample of your chosen design.
